Pennyworth Co ("we", "us") builds and operates AI-native software products — including Alfred, Themis, Travelplace, DataRooms, Business Forge and MT — for organisations that run on decisions, documents and operations. These Terms cover use of this website and any product trial, demo or deployment arranged through it. Commercial terms for a specific product deployment (pricing, service levels, data processing) are set out separately in the relevant order form or subscription agreement.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site or any linked product to violate applicable law, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data, interfere with the normal operation of the service, or misrepresent your identity or authority to act on behalf of an organisation. We may suspend or terminate access for any use that breaches this section.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pennyworth Co is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
